Quorum is an AI meeting delegation platform. Because we process meeting transcripts — which may contain personal data — we take privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are.

How we collect data

The Quorum Agent bot only joins meetings that you explicitly activate through the portal. We never join a meeting without your instruction.

Retention periods

After the retention period expires, data is permanently deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, you can file it with the Dutch Data Protection Authority: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl — or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data:

In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours and inform you as quickly as possible.

International transfers

Some of our sub-processors are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), primarily in the United States. These transfers take place on the basis of:

Cookies

Our landing page (withquorum.app) uses minimal cookies:

The user portal (app.withquorum.app) uses session cookies for authentication. These are strictly necessary for the service to function.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising networks.

Minors

Quorum is intended solely for persons aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at hello@withquorum.app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the portal. The most current version is always available at withquorum.app/privacy.
