Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Quorum. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Nino Norden, trading as Quorum ("Quorum", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Quorum platform, including the website at withquorum.app, the user portal at app.withquorum.app, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering an account, starting a free trial, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Quorum.
Quorum is an AI meeting delegation platform. When you activate a meeting in the portal, Quorum sends an AI bot ("Quorum Agent") to join the meeting on your behalf. The bot captures the audio transcript, which is then analysed by an AI model to produce a structured summary including decisions, action items, and tone analysis. This output is delivered to you by email within minutes of the meeting ending.
Quorum operates on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee that the bot will successfully join every meeting, that transcripts will be complete or error-free, or that summaries will be delivered within any specific timeframe.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
To use Quorum, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and completing payment through Stripe. You are responsible for:
One account is for one individual user unless you are on the Team plan. Sharing account credentials with others is not permitted on Free or Pro plans.
| Plan | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Free | €0/month | 5 meetings per month, basic features |
| Pro | €29/month | Unlimited meetings, all features |
| Team | €79/month | Up to 5 users, team features + CRM integrations |
Pro and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically for the first billing period.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the portal or by emailing hello@withquorum.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
This is the most important section for your legal compliance. Please read it carefully.
Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. In many countries and US states, all parties to a conversation must consent before a recording or transcript may be made ("all-party consent"). It is your sole responsibility to ensure that:
The Quorum Agent joins meetings as a visible participant named "Quorum Agent". This provides notice to participants that a bot is present. However, visible presence alone may not satisfy all legal consent requirements in your jurisdiction.
Quorum accepts no liability for your failure to obtain proper consent. You indemnify and hold Quorum harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of the Service in violation of applicable recording laws.
The summaries, decisions, and action items produced by Quorum are generated by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). AI output has inherent limitations:
AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before acting on it.
Quorum is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated output. By using the Service, you acknowledge these limitations and accept that you use the output at your own risk.
The Quorum platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is the property of Nino Norden / Quorum. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Quorum's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including meeting transcripts and summaries generated from your meetings. By using the Service, you grant Quorum a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not use your meeting content to train AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the Service, unless you have given explicit consent.
How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You can delete your meeting transcripts and summaries at any time via the portal. To request full account deletion, email hello@withquorum.app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In cases of serious breach, no refund will be provided.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will retain your data in accordance with the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The most current version of these Terms is always available at withquorum.app/terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also have the right to submit a dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
